a quick study from a Steve Huston sketch. this study is two fold, 1) i have to do this more often (and will) and 2) i needed to learn what art rage was good for (art rage is a program that fakes oils really really well, and its free-ish). i'm gonna go through my Huston file and do some more studies this weekend, some backs and knees and hands and, and, and... i'm pretty excited about it actually :D

edit2: the girl images above are from hong ly's photo stock on characterdesigns.com. a great resource, especially if you put the viewer on slideshow and on a timer so its a gesture fiesta!
